What a team – when my wife started looking for her first new car in 11 years, John Conover spent several days pulling together different options for us. John listened to us about our budget and needs, and came up with many solid options before we settled on a Kia Seltos. Chris in financing made the process easy and understandable. He presented all the available extras and options clearly, and never applied pressure when it came to deciding what we did and didn't want to add to the base purchase. Rob sat with us and helped download the Kia app onto my wife's phone, and explained the different functions. Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcomed and valued. We love the car, and we love working with Bill Dodge!

I am thoroughly disgusted in the lack of due diligence this dealership provides prior to their customers attempting to purchase a vehicle. This is not only the first, but the SECOND time I had all intention of purchasing a vehicle from them, only to find out once I got there that it sold. I had spoken to someone ALL week, literally every day via email or text, regarding this specific vehicle. Made an appointment to meet with someone, even spoke to the person I had been speaking to all week, the morning OF my 4:00 appointment and not once did anyone think it would be smart to check and make sure the vehicle didn’t sell. I do not live close and had to bring my child along with me, only to show up, wait for my appointment and then be told “oh sorry, it sold yesterday.” Again, this is not the first time which is why I’m writing this review. I just received a shoulder shrug and a “sorry about that” as I was leaving. Never will I ever do business with this dealership ever again. They clearly don’t care about the time their customers take out of their day for this process, but they’re also not professional enough to do their jobs correctly.

I’ll start by saying that this is the first car I’ve bought in a long time and I understand the business has changed. That said, buying from Bill Dodge far exceeded my expectations. We visited a few dealerships as we were researching vehicles and felt like a burden in the rare occasions anyone even bothered to engage with us. At Bill Dodge in Westbrook they made us feel welcome and seemed genuinely interested in spending time answering questions and talking through options. We were looking for vehicle that’s pretty in-demand, so we weren’t really sure how the process would go, but the salesman was incredibly communicative about the steps as they were happening and in the end got us exactly what we were looking for. Even after we had locked in our deposit, our salesman stayed in touch while we were waiting for the car to arrive. He unfortunately couldn’t be there when we signed all the paperwork but had prepped a colleague to finish the deal who was also great. I was looking for a specific certified pre owned black cadillac CT5 and after months of searching I found it online at Bill Dodge Cadillac, 400 miles from my house. After working online with my salesman, Liam Gibbons, for a week we agreed upon a very fair price. Liam was open, honest, and responsive to all my questions especially since I was buying it remotely from Pennsylvania. I initially went to Lee in Westbrook to test drive a dodge hornet. While on my test drive, my vet called to let me know that my cat was out of surgery. I hurried back to Lee to return the keys to salesman Dorian Lucca and let him know I needed to run and get my cat and that I would come back afterwards, to which his response was a very steely, "Do you want the car or not?!" I was honestly almost speechless. I mean, granted, I hadn't changed out of my yoga pants or done my makeup or hair that day. 😆 My appearance made no difference to salesman Ian O'Brien or manager David over at Bill Dodge! They made my new buying experience seamless, quick, and most enjoyable. I would recommend them to anybody who is in the market!

My aging parents and I were looking for a car of which my partially disabled Father could easily get in and out of. Amanda was so lovely and treated him with the upmost respect…..she really understood what we were trying to achieve. After a lot of deliberation we decided to buy a new Kia Soul and at no point were we pressured to commit. Amanda repeatedly checked he was ok with access and it was comfortable for him. My Mums a nervous driver and again Amanda understood and helped her on the test drive. All of the other employees at the dealership were very friendly and genuine and we had some great conversations while the paperwork was being taken care of. In fact on our way home we all said how nice the experience had been and that Amanda had been great. I would definitely return to the dealership and purchase more cars in the future. The experience was very good overall. We knew what we wanted and there was no pressure at any part of the process. There was a missed item on the vehicle after they finished with their inspection but they made sure to note it at will have it fixed ASAP. UPDATE: The item that was missed, and noted in the paperwork, is still not fixed. I have been getting the run around and every excuse in the book. They only seem to care about the sale and then you are a stranger looking for a handout. I would not recommend them for any type of business.

I went to bill dodge pre owned super center today. My boyfriend and I got out to look at a car on the lot. It wasn't quite what I was looking for. The sales manager came out and said he was short handed so he was going to be helping us. I had a loan through my bank already and I owed money on my car s I explained this to him and he told me there was nothing they had in my range. He didn't ask about a trade in,he didn't ask about what I was putting down he simply said they had nothing and he couldn't help. I left so discouraged I didn't even want to look anymore. I had went there before and only had 8000 and the salesman still showed me cars and at least tried to help. I went to rowe forda nd they were able to find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel bad about how much I had to spend. I know bill dodge had cars to show me. He just didn't want to.

While I am happy with the car that I purchased from Bill Dodge’s PreOwned Super Center in Westbrook, I had a bad customer experience. George, the client advisor I was paired with snapped at me several times and cut me off in a way that was disrespectful, gendered and inappropriate (from when I asked for paperwork documenting work that had been done on the car that I was considering to when I expressed my frustration at the confusing communication I was receiving.) After that, I was relieved to interact with Sales Manager Tori who was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, this misogynist behavior seems to be part of the greater office culture; When I was in the waiting room to sign final paperwork, I heard another salesman say across the showroom, “Your girl’s here” (I’m a professional in my mid 30s) - shortly after a white male presenting client of the same age walks in and “Your customer is here” is called across the showroom. Language matters. Creating a space where customers feel safe and respected matters. I cannot in good faith recommend the Bill Dodge PreOwned Super Center especially if you identify as a woman, BIPOC, LGBTQIA, etc.

There was my second time coming into Bill Dodge. First time was back in 2017 when I was in the market for a new truck. They did not try and help me in anyway. It almost felt as though there wasn't any effort. I felt as though I was judged for what I drove in and being in the market for a new Denali. I took my business elsewhere and ended up buying a Denali. So my second time was this past Monday. I figured I would give them a second chance. After test driving one of their AT4 and talking with the sales representative about what I wanted for a new truck I was giving a purchase agreement. I honestly couldn't not believe what they valued my trade at, $6,000 below KBB value. It was like being slapped in the face. Not to mention they didn't even try and lower the price on the new truck. I am huge GMC fan and I will be buying a truck elsewhere.

My husband and I are in the market for our first gmc truck and went to bill dodge because we had heard good things. We walked in and asked the gentleman who greeted us at the door if he had a SLT not in white he told us no we asked about an SLE he said no so we left. He didn’t ask us new or used or try to sit us down to talk with us at all or check inventory or anything. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.
