We had a really great experience working with Jake Neal. We test drove (what later became) our vehicle, Jake was sensitive to our timeline and preferences throughout, and was awesome to negotiate with through the following week. We were pre-approved for financing by our bank, and the dealership was able to respond with a better rate. We placed a deposit from home on Friday and set up an appointment to finalize. We were in and out in 45 minutes on a Saturday morning, which included financing, paperwork, and all other details. Very organized and straightforward process from beginning to end! We recommend Bill Dodge Pre-Owned and Jake very highly.

Went in to look at a truck, ending up getting a different one which I really like so far. Tyree I thought did a great job. His communication with was great, and made sure we could get a deal done. Monday I was told I would get a call from the finance person (whose name I will not say) but did not get a call until Friday or Saturday. Lack of communication. He needs to take a class on communicating so they don’t lose business because they almost did until they made it up to me which I am pleased about. Overall good experience with a hiccup on someone’s end.
