We had a great experience with Bill Dodge Kia. We were able to ask questions and complete some of the paperwork securely online, so that all we had to do was test drive and sign paperwork when we showed up for a pre-arranged appointment. They compared finance rates with multiple companies and worked with a local credit union to match the best one for us, which was awesome. While the goal is obviously to sell vehicles, we didn’t feel like they were being pushy or dishonest. Everyone was friendly and they made the process fairly quick and straightforward.

Kris and his team patiently and without the usual buyer pressure , walked us through all the options and constantly kept us updated on new inventory until eventually found the exact fit for us. We couldn't be happier with our new Kia Sorento and our experience at Bill Dodge. Kris and his team worked very hard to help us fit our budget and needs. It's also a great piece of mind to buy locally and have a team available should their be any issues, which is much harder when buying far away. My husband and I saw a vehicle that we were interested in on the Bill Dodge website. We went into look at and test drive the vehicle the next day after work. When we came into the showroom we were greeted by Andy Walton. He was also working with another customer but he made sure to check in with us until he was able to work with us. His customer service was excellent. The car we were interested in was sold, but he worked with us to find a comparable vehicle. He listened to us about pricing and was so helpful with helping us to navigate the vehicle during the test drive. He explained the features and when we came in to pick up our car, he even helped me with setting up the app on my phone! The entire staff that we dealt with during the process were helpful and supportive. This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Bill Dodge and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new, or new to you, vehicle. Great customer service from the sales department. I have not needed their service department so I cannot speak to that, but if the people in their service department are as good as their sales department then it will also be a great experience. I highly recommend Bill Dodge Kia, and Andy if you are looking for a new car.

I had owned 3 Kia Sportage SUV’s and opted to try a new vehicle. I had purchased a new Hyundai Kona N. 4 years ago. Recently I had wanted to go back to the Sportage and began looking.around Bangor. I first noticed Bill Dodge Kia in Westbrook for the prices were significantly lower than Bangor. So we drove down. We met Anthony, what an amazing salesman! He shot for exactly what I wanted, from trade value to new vehicle. He did not try to sell me whatever would make him the highest commission! He actually Listened to my wants and my needs. From the moment I arrived he was wonderful. I just picked up and finalized the deal for my new Sportage with everything I was looking for. Chris in finance was great too. I opted to choose an extended warranty for we never know what can happen. Nadia was also great. It was an absolute pleasure working with Anthony, I would not have driven the 2 hour drive back down if he had not have made sure my needs and wants were inpirtant to him as well! What a great experience with Bill Dodge Kia! The whole team is just amazing! Top shelf! My experience started with service manager Alec who was so kind & helpful with my used Kia. He made me think if I was going to buy a new car I want it from the great crew at Bill Dodge My salesman Rob was the very best! He was so kind, patient & helpful. I tried out 4 cars that were all pre-owned after I narrowed it down from 6! When I decided we went inside to see Kayla who told me about some deals & rebates so I could get a brand new seltos for only 2,000 more than the pre-owned so off I went for another test drive & fell in love with my new seltos! I went to Chris in finance after approval who explained every line of my paperwork & Bill Dodge rewards program & warranty! I picked up my car the next day & Rob went out into the car with me after pairing my phone with the car & spent at least an hour explaining every feature of the car which is way smarter than I am in terms I could understand. No rushing, no long sighs just kindness & helpful information! I recommend Bill Dodge so highly! You can tell this is a big family & the people that work there are treated well & are happy. That's so refreshing to see all those smiles & know they are sincere! A special plus is knowing that Bill Dodge is a charitable community partner. Nadia and Kayla were amazing helping me through the whole process of trading in my Seltos for a Sorento! I had called a few days prior to setup an appointment as I have an 11 month old and things are just easier with a plan! Nadia sent me a tour video, a couple days prior, of the Sorento and helped me pick the color I wanted all remotely! She had the vehicle I picked pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived.
