The sales person was very informative. He knew all the ins and outs of the uaed vehicle we purchased and took the time to go over all the buttons. He was fantastic! Waiting for the finance department was a very long frustrating wait which should be improved upon.

Went in to look at a truck, ending up getting a different one which I really like so far. Tyree I thought did a great job. His communication with was great, and made sure we could get a deal done. Monday I was told I would get a call from the finance person (whose name I will not say) but did not get a call until Friday or Saturday. Lack of communication. He needs to take a class on communicating so they don’t lose business because they almost did until they made it up to me which I am pleased about. Overall good experience with a hiccup on someone’s end.

Purchasing my car was mostly a good experience. The sales people are friendly and positive. At the end of the day, I had to wait a long time to finalize the purchase. And I was sold a $500 charging cord I did not need--the sales associate told me the cord I had would not work with the Kia, which wasn't true. Also, I was not informed about the 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, still good on my 2022 with 10,000 miles, and instead sold another extended warranty.

I found a car I loved at Bill Dodge in Saco. Both our salesman and the manager were very patient and willing to work with us. After negotiating and signing papers for this vehicle, the next morning, we got a call that there was a miscommunication in their shop and that this vehicle that I signed papers for and put a down payment on, was actually sold prior to me coming in. While frustrating, the salesman was apologetic and persistent about finding another vehicle that could work. I ended up with a vehicle I was even more in love with for a price of the same range as the previous.

My wife and I just bought her a new vehicle. We worked with the salesman with a pre-approval at our bank but they were difficult to work with on the terms we wanted so the finance person got us switched over to KIA financial. Salesman has helped me with a couple cars, this one and one for my daughter a couple years ago. I also helped my niece buy a car there several years ago.

My salesman John came across honest at all times and was one of the best buying experiences I have had. The only reason for 4/5 stars was the extended warranty offerings in the finance office. The lady was great to work with and nice, but at times came across as pushy and assumed the sale. They obviously need to make money too, which I respect, but the sales pitch was unnatural and uncomfortable.

They were great, salesman was great too! My only big issue was that I noticed a gouge under the driver side door after spending $35,000 on a truck. It was maybe 6 to 8 inches long and they wouldn't fix it. This was pointed out before even driving off the lot. I was only concerned because its right down to the medal. After spending that much money, and being an easy fix for them, you would think they'd be more than willing. This is also my second vehicle through them. Other than that, I was happy.

The work gets done. They don’t have time to talk with you about your car because they are too busy. The customer before me had to raise his voice for them to listen to him and care about what he was saying. They never have the time, but they hurd you in like cattle and make you feel like you are intruding. The wait is always long even for an oil change and tire rotation. The “car wash” is a joke. I think there was more dirt on my truck when they finished spraying it with a hose. I’m not sure why I go there. I guess I hope that they will look into recall issues that my truck has, but they don’t have the time or just don’t want to.

Over all the end experience was smooth and easy once I decided on a vehicle. The sales agent I worked with was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and it’s safety features which was a bonus. I felt no pressure from working with Mike Myers and he was personable, polite and upfront of the process. I feel as if he helped me find a good FIT. Thank you Mike.
