Purchasing my car was mostly a good experience. The sales people are friendly and positive. At the end of the day, I had to wait a long time to finalize the purchase. And I was sold a $500 charging cord I did not need--the sales associate told me the cord I had would not work with the Kia, which wasn't true. Also, I was not informed about the 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, still good on my 2022 with 10,000 miles, and instead sold another extended warranty.

It's our understanding that he was able to clear up any confusion or miscommunication regarding this. Kayla, our sales manager mentioned that we also offered a refund for the charging cord.
