Purchasing my car was mostly a good experience. The sales people are friendly and positive. At the end of the day, I had to wait a long time to finalize the purchase. And I was sold a $500 charging cord I did not need--the sales associate told me the cord I had would not work with the Kia, which wasn't true. Also, I was not informed about the 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, still good on my 2022 with 10,000 miles, and instead sold another extended warranty.
