Very fast paced-I explained right up front I was looking and 2 hours later my heads spinning I felt pressured and honestly they do not listen they were all polite of course because that’s there job

We had a great experience with Bill Dodge Kia. We were able to ask questions and complete some of the paperwork securely online, so that all we had to do was test drive and sign paperwork when we showed up for a pre-arranged appointment. They compared finance rates with multiple companies and worked with a local credit union to match the best one for us, which was awesome. While the goal is obviously to sell vehicles, we didn’t feel like they were being pushy or dishonest. Everyone was friendly and they made the process fairly quick and straightforward.
