The salesman Dakota was great to work with ! I can't say much good about the rest of the process ! It's a long story . It seemed to me that the manager only cared about the business and not the customer (me) . Had a very very stressful time trying to get home. I live in Topsham ! Could not drive my old car home because of damage to the rear struts and I guess they expected me to walk 26 miles to get home ! Finally got a loaner car, but pulling my teeth out would have been a more pleasurable experience !

I have had more negative than positive experiences purchasing cars with local dealers over the last 25 years, so I decided to expand my search to Brunswick. After spending several hours test driving Subarus at a nearby dealer, I finally ended up at Bill Dodge Hyundai in Brunswick. Sadly this was a poor experience. We went ready to buy. We did end up buying from another dealership that was ready to sell. This dealership listed the car before it was stickered and gave us a higher price than what was listed online. It was explained to us that if we wanted to buy this car it was going to take days to get it through the stickering process. We expressed that there was no circumstances we would consider an unstickered vehicle. The sales person expressed that we may have to pay for repairs if they found it needed much investment to sticker. The attitude seemed to be that this was a seller's market. We thankfully moved forward with a car that was ready to sell from a different dealership and showed it off all weekend. No waiting and a sticker :) Response: No it wasn't listed as wholesale. Your response is further proof that you engage in shady practices.

I am a elite platinum rewards member and included in the package. I bought came a white glove, detailing valued at two hundred dollars When I got the car back after leaving it all day. Looks like I could have done a better job. Seats wasn't shampoo. Crumbs and cat hair on seats still. Only thing done was armor all and cleaned the all weather mats. Other services are great . Just don't do detailing

If you really want to know, buying a car can be a thrill, when the surprises are in your favor. But there were too many negative surprises. The mileage was great, considering today’s prices the price is good. But the damage to the front below the hood, paint chipped the cracked grill. If it had been properly detailed it would’ve been found. The “detailing “ well I found food under the rear mat and debris Under other places. I had to fight to get the damage taken care of. The young salesman told me one thing when I test drove it and then another when he handed me the keys. At first he said it had driver assistance, the day was to pick it up I asked questions about the driver assistance he said “ oh this car doesn’t have it!!! Well it does. The boy needs to know the product. People I work with of course are asking where I bought it ( I love the Kia brand) they all know the story And then I brought it to Brunswick Hyundai to have the detailing corrected and they didn’t clean the Weather Tech mats I asked before if they should be there or the original mats. They said leave the weather tech on so I expected those to be cleaned as well

The buying was fine, the salesman was fine waiting over an hour to complete the paperwork was unacceptable. I'm not sure I'll use Bill Dodge dealership again.

Trade in Denali Acadia for a Chevy Tahoe upon leaving with the Tahoe none of the brand new tires were balanced I’ve brought it back three times now and they keep forgetting too balance ALL Tires the second time I brought it back was because they did balance the front two then they rotated an still missed one . Was told it was on the backside of rim it’s not there , Charging pad doesn’t work, No Floor mats would have taken mine, Weather stripping around doors is falling off not Happy this was Saco location now being told I have to go to Westbrook . Hopefully Westbrook can handle rotating and balancing tires because apparently they can take care of the charging pad weatherstripping for the fourth time tires

I went to bill dodge pre owned super center today. My boyfriend and I got out to look at a car on the lot. It wasn't quite what I was looking for. The sales manager came out and said he was short handed so he was going to be helping us. I had a loan through my bank already and I owed money on my car s I explained this to him and he told me there was nothing they had in my range. He didn't ask about a trade in,he didn't ask about what I was putting down he simply said they had nothing and he couldn't help. I left so discouraged I didn't even want to look anymore. I had went there before and only had 8000 and the salesman still showed me cars and at least tried to help. I went to rowe forda nd they were able to find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel bad about how much I had to spend. I know bill dodge had cars to show me. He just didn't want to.

My salesperson was cordial and helpful. Sales manager made the purchase happen in short order. EDITED! Less than a month after purchase I had an issue with my truck. I called my salesperson to get some help, never received a call back after a WEEK. I’m sensing an issue.
