Worked with Liam G. In the used car dealership on Saturday, he was very responsive to all my questions, the deal took less then 30 minutes, with absolutely no drama, no back and forth. After the deal was done, the vehicle needed a total detailing, texted Liam on Monday afternoon too check on the vehicle, and it hadn't been started after a couple texts it would be ready around 5pm. I arrived around 5pm and was told it a complete, we check it out, and the seats were still showing stained, he took it back to get it re-cleaned it came back I checked it out again and it was still showing the stain, appears it was just wipe down and the wet makes it look clean after I got it home both the front and rear had dryed, and the stains are still their. I have to get it detailed myself. So initially a great experience, but after the deal it went down hill, so I can't give more then 3 stars, poor service after the sale......

Was deceived and told that the plug In hybrid charges in 2 hours on 110. Then once the car was purchased was told the car didn’t come with s 110 plug and I would need to buy separately. Both are false. Car is great However

Purchased my son’s first car. The salesman was nice; beautiful car, however we got to the dealership around 11:15 and didn’t walk out of there until after 3. It was a Tuesday morning we were the only customers there…just took waaayyyy too long. I absolutely dread the next time I have to go to a dealer…hopefully I can find a way to avoid it, like an online retailer. One thing that made me feel uncomfortable after the process was that the salesman was trying to tell me how to answer the questions on the satisfaction survey…the only survey request I got from him was a link to do this google review…so I’m not sure what he was even talking about.

I am not sure how to say this, we went to BMW dealer in Westbrook on Saturday, it nearly closing time.. we understand that we wanted to pre-order 2023 X3 M Competition which they don’t have it in the lot, we been told to come back later, and being turned down $80000.00 sale

Really unhappy with the service process in Westbrook. My car was scheduled for service and I dropped it off at the address in the email/the woman told me over the phone. Apparently that wasn’t the right place to drop it off, unbeknownst to me. When I called at 12, assuming my car would be ready, I got transferred 4 times. I was getting upset because I had no idea where my car was and no one had an answer for me. When I finally got a hold of the department that had my car, they told me at noon that my car still wasn’t ready. This was inconvenient for me because I need a ride to go get my car. They also did not have a time for when my car would be available. My car was supposed to be done by noon. If I have a 7am appt there is no reason why my car should take over 5 hours for the service.

Brendan and his Sales Manager, Evan, at Bill Dodge Kia in Westbrook were very pleasant to deal with, and made a good effort to meet my needs. Regrettably, the dealership was unwilling to honor a quote it previously provided me through the American Automobile Association (AAA) car buying program. Lacking options, I ended up purchasing a vehicle, but it definitely left me with a bad feeling.

The sales staff were nice and worked hard to help make the deal, however the person that does the trade in values and repairs needed for the Jeep I was purchasing was rude.
