Purchased my son’s first car. The salesman was nice; beautiful car, however we got to the dealership around 11:15 and didn’t walk out of there until after 3. It was a Tuesday morning we were the only customers there…just took waaayyyy too long. I absolutely dread the next time I have to go to a dealer…hopefully I can find a way to avoid it, like an online retailer. One thing that made me feel uncomfortable after the process was that the salesman was trying to tell me how to answer the questions on the satisfaction survey…the only survey request I got from him was a link to do this google review…so I’m not sure what he was even talking about.
