Brendan and his Sales Manager, Evan, at Bill Dodge Kia in Westbrook were very pleasant to deal with, and made a good effort to meet my needs. Regrettably, the dealership was unwilling to honor a quote it previously provided me through the American Automobile Association (AAA) car buying program. Lacking options, I ended up purchasing a vehicle, but it definitely left me with a bad feeling.

We want to apologize for any confusion there may have been with the AAA vehicle pricing. We were actually able to beat the AAA pricing by almost 2,000.00 dollars! The work gets done. They don’t have time to talk with you about your car because they are too busy. The customer before me had to raise his voice for them to listen to him and care about what he was saying. They never have the time, but they hurd you in like cattle and make you feel like you are intruding. The wait is always long even for an oil change and tire rotation. The “car wash” is a joke. I think there was more dirt on my truck when they finished spraying it with a hose. I’m not sure why I go there. I guess I hope that they will look into recall issues that my truck has, but they don’t have the time or just don’t want to.

Emily made our experience at Bill Dodge exceptional. She was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all respectful in terms of making our decision to purchase our Yukon. She helped make our purchase smooth and worked at our pace without any added pressure. The qualities she possessed are the very ones many dealerships overlook. Anyone can push a sale, but how many can bring you back for those return purchases. I highly recommend this place. Eric was a great asset as well.
