What a great experience with Bill Dodge Kia! The whole team is just amazing! Top shelf! My experience started with service manager Alec who was so kind & helpful with my used Kia. He made me think if I was going to buy a new car I want it from the great crew at Bill Dodge My salesman Rob was the very best! He was so kind, patient & helpful. I tried out 4 cars that were all pre-owned after I narrowed it down from 6! When I decided we went inside to see Kayla who told me about some deals & rebates so I could get a brand new seltos for only 2,000 more than the pre-owned so off I went for another test drive & fell in love with my new seltos! I went to Chris in finance after approval who explained every line of my paperwork & Bill Dodge rewards program & warranty! I picked up my car the next day & Rob went out into the car with me after pairing my phone with the car & spent at least an hour explaining every feature of the car which is way smarter than I am in terms I could understand. No rushing, no long sighs just kindness & helpful information! I recommend Bill Dodge so highly! You can tell this is a big family & the people that work there are treated well & are happy. That's so refreshing to see all those smiles & know they are sincere! A special plus is knowing that Bill Dodge is a charitable community partner. A great experience, great people, a great company, a great deal on a great car! Thank you so much BDK family team!
