Kayla, Alec and Dave took particularly good care of us—-they were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Kayla was patient and helpful throughout, working with us to navigate what was a complicated and unusual set of circumstances at our end, as well as a prolonged schedule. Alec ensured our new car was ready for us and did a terrific job orienting us to its many features. The team was a pleasure to deal with, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We had a great experience with Bill Dodge Kia. We were able to ask questions and complete some of the paperwork securely online, so that all we had to do was test drive and sign paperwork when we showed up for a pre-arranged appointment. They compared finance rates with multiple companies and worked with a local credit union to match the best one for us, which was awesome. While the goal is obviously to sell vehicles, we didn’t feel like they were being pushy or dishonest. Everyone was friendly and they made the process fairly quick and straightforward.
