From the first step into Bill Dodge Kia I felt very welcomed by all the staff. Brendan was a great salesman and handled everything from test drive to setting up the vehicle very smoothly. Sue was incredibly hard working at ensuring the financial side of things flowed through effortlessly. Very happy with my overall experience and reccomend this team to everyone.

It took me about 8 months to pick a new vehicle. 8 month of research; reading, driving, and countless youtube hours. Endless time spent sending screenshots, video links, and dragging my husband to dealerships. Once I had made the decision. It was the details; colors and all the extra gadgets. Then the hunt began. A couple missed opportunities that sold, a few people in sales that wanted to push what was on lot or put me in the little girl box - James at Bill Dodge answered questions and went on the hunt for us. He has been super friendly, knowledgeable and had such great communication. Customer Service is not dead- you just have to find it. Shout out to this James from my James and I because my experience was worth the 5 hour drive.

Very nice and helpful people! My car dealer was George Van Syckel and he was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I wanted and needed for a car!! Everyone there was very kind and helpful and it was overall a very wonderful experience
