It took me about 8 months to pick a new vehicle. 8 month of research; reading, driving, and countless youtube hours. Endless time spent sending screenshots, video links, and dragging my husband to dealerships. Once I had made the decision. It was the details; colors and all the extra gadgets. Then the hunt began. A couple missed opportunities that sold, a few people in sales that wanted to push what was on lot or put me in the little girl box - James at Bill Dodge answered questions and went on the hunt for us. He has been super friendly, knowledgeable and had such great communication. Customer Service is not dead- you just have to find it. Shout out to this James from my James and I because my experience was worth the 5 hour drive.

Went in to look at a truck, ending up getting a different one which I really like so far. Tyree I thought did a great job. His communication with was great, and made sure we could get a deal done. Monday I was told I would get a call from the finance person (whose name I will not say) but did not get a call until Friday or Saturday. Lack of communication. He needs to take a class on communicating so they don’t lose business because they almost did until they made it up to me which I am pleased about. Overall good experience with a hiccup on someone’s end.
