As always I was greeted promptly the people are always pleasant and friendly. I was there for a inspection sticker and requested to have wipers changed. Everything was done and my vehicle was washed. When it was ready Eric came and let me know it was ready . Eric always makes sure I am informed.

We bought our car from Alec. He was great! Very informative and knowledgeable. Called us twice in the few weeks after we bought to make sure things were going well and did we have any questions about any of the features. We will be back in the future for sure!

First, the Customer Service we received, we rate “10.” James Waring offered us a water as soon as we sat down. He was very knowledgeable and really worked some magic numbers to not only trade in one leased car (Ionic Hyundai), but we ended up turning in our Hyundai Tucson too. We got a super deal from (2) professionals: James and a guy in the Finance Dept(?). We ended up getting a platinum deal for oil changes, etc. He also offered us a water. I had a great experience. Ethan was good about finding out anything he wasn't sure of about the car I got. He followed up well. I wish my used car didn't cost so much but I guess that's the world of used cars these days--I don't believe it was overpriced for this time of high used car sales, just more a seller than a buyer's market. But I feel good about the car and secure in this dealer taking care of me the best they could. Thanks.
