I had such a wonderful car buying experience with Ian at Bill Dodge. I wanted to higlight the customer service and attention to detail Ian gave to me through this car duying experience.This is why I will buy from you again. The initial interaction with your internet group was detailed and very straightforward. When I traveled to your location the sales rep Ian, knew my name and was not pushing a sale. Ian was asking open ended questions and he pointed me in the direction of my dream car.While I was waiting for the paperwork and the sales manager, Ian was humanizing the experience. He not only listened to me but he made sure to get a vechile and deal tailored to my expectations. This experience by far exceeded my expectations!My mind set to just come down and peek turned into me leaving with the vechile I had been searching for! Thank you Ian for providing me an exceptional customer service experience.
