They had excellent customer service and communication, made sure we were able to test drive immediately even though it was not on their lot at the time, and have checked in with us since the purchase. Even with the doc fees we feel we got a good value overall for the crazy market that it is. Will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases.

It took me about 8 months to pick a new vehicle. 8 month of research; reading, driving, and countless youtube hours. Endless time spent sending screenshots, video links, and dragging my husband to dealerships. Once I had made the decision. It was the details; colors and all the extra gadgets. Then the hunt began. A couple missed opportunities that sold, a few people in sales that wanted to push what was on lot or put me in the little girl box - James at Bill Dodge answered questions and went on the hunt for us. He has been super friendly, knowledgeable and had such great communication. Customer Service is not dead- you just have to find it. Shout out to this James from my James and I because my experience was worth the 5 hour drive.
