If you really want to know, buying a car can be a thrill, when the surprises are in your favor. But there were too many negative surprises. The mileage was great, considering today’s prices the price is good. But the damage to the front below the hood, paint chipped the cracked grill. If it had been properly detailed it would’ve been found. The “detailing “ well I found food under the rear mat and debris Under other places. I had to fight to get the damage taken care of. The young salesman told me one thing when I test drove it and then another when he handed me the keys. At first he said it had driver assistance, the day was to pick it up I asked questions about the driver assistance he said “ oh this car doesn’t have it!!! Well it does. The boy needs to know the product. People I work with of course are asking where I bought it ( I love the Kia brand) they all know the story And then I brought it to Brunswick Hyundai to have the detailing corrected and they didn’t clean the Weather Tech mats I asked before if they should be there or the original mats. They said leave the weather tech on so I expected those to be cleaned as well

I purchased a used 2014 vehicle from Bill Dodge. The Good: Fair price and the sales team was very pleasant to work with. They even picked me up from the airport which was very helpful. The Bad: My used car was advertised as able to pass a Maine license registration requirements, which the salesman stated is very strict. On my drive home, the air conditioning didn’t work and after completing a drive cycle the engine light turned on. That is when they started calling the vehicle I had just bought from them “vintage”. They said they were going to look into the issue but it has been three weeks with a couple of times of me reaching out to them WITH NO Response. Buyer Beware Either Bill Dodge knew my car had issues and they didn’t disclose the information or they spent such little time inspecting the car they didn’t know what they were selling. Neither one is what should be expected when buying a car from a dealership!

We were frustrated with ordeal with obtaining the part needed for our 2015, through no fault of BDAG, we opted to simply trade in. Our purchase of a 2023 Forte was easy and quick…which softened the frustration edge.
