I was looking for a specific certified pre owned black cadillac CT5 and after months of searching I found it online at Bill Dodge Cadillac, 400 miles from my house. After working online with my salesman, Liam Gibbons, for a week we agreed upon a very fair price. Liam was open, honest, and responsive to all my questions especially since I was buying it remotely from Pennsylvania. Liam even helped oversee the loading of my car into the trailer I had arranged to pick up the car. When it arrived it was spectacular and exactly as promised by Liam, not one scratch or ding. Overall it was a great experience and I really appreciate the support and very fair pricing.

Found car on Autotrader, contacted Bill Dodge, was told it was available. I let them know I was leaving immediately to take the hour ride to the dealership. Walked into showroom, was told it was "just sold". Kind of felt bait and switched, won't go back.

Mike Mclearn was fantastic. I really appreciated his calm, no presssure approach. He did a great job of explaining processes as they were happening, and answering follow up questions after the fact through email. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Mike again.
