What a team – when my wife started looking for her first new car in 11 years, John Conover spent several days pulling together different options for us. John listened to us about our budget and needs, and came up with many solid options before we settled on a Kia Seltos. Chris in financing made the process easy and understandable. He presented all the available extras and options clearly, and never applied pressure when it came to deciding what we did and didn't want to add to the base purchase. Rob sat with us and helped download the Kia app onto my wife's phone, and explained the different functions. Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcomed and valued. My husband and I are in the market for our first gmc truck and went to bill dodge because we had heard good things. We walked in and asked the gentleman who greeted us at the door if he had a SLT not in white he told us no we asked about an SLE he said no so we left. He didn’t ask us new or used or try to sit us down to talk with us at all or check inventory or anything. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.
