We couldn't be happier with our new Kia Sorento and our experience at Bill Dodge. Kris and his team worked very hard to help us fit our budget and needs. It's also a great piece of mind to buy locally and have a team available should their be any issues, which is much harder when buying far away. What a great experience with Bill Dodge Kia! The whole team is just amazing! Top shelf! My experience started with service manager Alec who was so kind & helpful with my used Kia. He made me think if I was going to buy a new car I want it from the great crew at Bill Dodge My salesman Rob was the very best! He was so kind, patient & helpful. I tried out 4 cars that were all pre-owned after I narrowed it down from 6! When I decided we went inside to see Kayla who told me about some deals & rebates so I could get a brand new seltos for only 2,000 more than the pre-owned so off I went for another test drive & fell in love with my new seltos! I went to Chris in finance after approval who explained every line of my paperwork & Bill Dodge rewards program & warranty! I picked up my car the next day & Rob went out into the car with me after pairing my phone with the car & spent at least an hour explaining every feature of the car which is way smarter than I am in terms I could understand. No rushing, no long sighs just kindness & helpful information! I recommend Bill Dodge so highly! You can tell this is a big family & the people that work there are treated well & are happy. I had called a few days prior to setup an appointment as I have an 11 month old and things are just easier with a plan! Nadia sent me a tour video, a couple days prior, of the Sorento and helped me pick the color I wanted all remotely! She had the vehicle I picked pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived. We had a really great experience working with Jake Neal. We test drove (what later became) our vehicle, Jake was sensitive to our timeline and preferences throughout, and was awesome to negotiate with through the following week. We were pre-approved for financing by our bank, and the dealership was able to respond with a better rate. We placed a deposit from home on Friday and set up an appointment to finalize. We were in and out in 45 minutes on a Saturday morning, which included financing, paperwork, and all other details. Very organized and straightforward process from beginning to end! We recommend Bill Dodge Pre-Owned and Jake very highly.

Pushy salesperson insisted on my drivers license and personal info “ for their system”; I resisted saying I just wanted to view a car and ask a few questions before giving all my info. I asked to talk to someone else and (sales guy) stared me down and seemed like he was trying to intimidate me. He did not let me talk to anyone else so I walked out. Called to share my experience with the sales manager weeks under the theory they can’t fix what they don’t know about. Sales manager “disagreed with” how I felt! They don’t get it-don’t waste your time!!!!

Sadly this was a poor experience. We went ready to buy. We did end up buying from another dealership that was ready to sell. This dealership listed the car before it was stickered and gave us a higher price than what was listed online. It was explained to us that if we wanted to buy this car it was going to take days to get it through the stickering process. We expressed that there was no circumstances we would consider an unstickered vehicle. The sales person expressed that we may have to pay for repairs if they found it needed much investment to sticker. The attitude seemed to be that this was a seller's market. We thankfully moved forward with a car that was ready to sell from a different dealership and showed it off all weekend. No waiting and a sticker :) Response: No it wasn't listed as wholesale. Your response is further proof that you engage in shady practices.

They were great! The manager, Eric, found me outside browsing while running around on an understaffed busy day. Even in minor chaos, he took time to go through vehicles that might work within my parameters. Frank the salesperson literally ran from one end of the lot to another to find me the vehicle to look at and then set us up to see it, even while it was being worked on. Frank was not the least bit pushy which I appreciate so much and worked with me through schedule changes and bank delays. Even the woman doing the paperwork was easy to work with. The car I found is clean, runs great, and full of goodies at a comparable price to the same car at other dealerships. This was a quick pop in on a whim, and I'm so glad I did.

After negotiating and signing papers for this vehicle, the next morning, we got a call that there was a miscommunication in their shop and that this vehicle that I signed papers for and put a down payment on, was actually sold prior to me coming in. While frustrating, the salesman was apologetic and persistent about finding another vehicle that could work. I ended up with a vehicle I was even more in love with for a price of the same range as the previous.

Was searching for a Kia Carnival between NH, MA and ME. Emailed a few dealerships and they were charging thousands over MSRP. With inflation and cost of living going up, getting a fair deal where both the dealership sells a vehicle and the customer feels taken care of seems like a thing of the past. Bill Dodge Auto Group has no mark up over MSRP, they still holds the customer value without just looking at their bottom line. Our sales woman Amanda was awesome, she did everything through email with me and I just showed up signed and she gave us a great in depth tutorial of our new vehicle.

I initially went to Lee in Westbrook to test drive a dodge hornet. While on my test drive, my vet called to let me know that my cat was out of surgery. I hurried back to Lee to return the keys to salesman Dorian Lucca and let him know I needed to run and get my cat and that I would come back afterwards, to which his response was a very steely, "Do you want the car or not?!" I was honestly almost speechless. I mean, granted, I hadn't changed out of my yoga pants or done my makeup or hair that day. 😆 My appearance made no difference to salesman Ian O'Brien or manager David over at Bill Dodge! They made my new buying experience seamless, quick, and most enjoyable. I would recommend them to anybody who is in the market!

My aging parents and I were looking for a car of which my partially disabled Father could easily get in and out of. Amanda was so lovely and treated him with the upmost respect…..she really understood what we were trying to achieve. After a lot of deliberation we decided to buy a new Kia Soul and at no point were we pressured to commit. Amanda repeatedly checked he was ok with access and it was comfortable for him. My Mums a nervous driver and again Amanda understood and helped her on the test drive. All of the other employees at the dealership were very friendly and genuine and we had some great conversations while the paperwork was being taken care of. In fact on our way home we all said how nice the experience had been and that Amanda had been great. I would definitely return to the dealership and purchase more cars in the future. I’m genuinely floored by my experience at this dealership. I was really apprehensive going into the appointment; you never know what you’re going to be met with heading into a dealership as a solo woman. Turns out I didn’t need to have my (figurative) boxing gloves ready. Jessica was really kind to me. She shared personal stories with me that eased my tension. She sent me on a well rounded route that gave me a great feel for the vehicle. Before I left for the test drive she made sure I knew that I was in no rush, and could spend the proper amount of time to ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle. That was huge, often I’ve felt rushed to return and don’t spend enough time on the test drive. The financial portion of the purchase was equally as well handled. Dylan’s approach to the whole thing was so genuine, it was clear I wasn’t just a number. He made me feel like I was at a table with a friend, versus the typical “yeah yeah, buy this, sign this, now get out.” If you’re looking for a vehicle just start here. They’re worth your time.

I went to bill dodge pre owned super center today. My boyfriend and I got out to look at a car on the lot. It wasn't quite what I was looking for. The sales manager came out and said he was short handed so he was going to be helping us. I had a loan through my bank already and I owed money on my car s I explained this to him and he told me there was nothing they had in my range. He didn't ask about a trade in,he didn't ask about what I was putting down he simply said they had nothing and he couldn't help. I left so discouraged I didn't even want to look anymore. I had went there before and only had 8000 and the salesman still showed me cars and at least tried to help. I went to rowe forda nd they were able to find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel bad about how much I had to spend. I know bill dodge had cars to show me. He just didn't want to.

We walked in and asked the gentleman who greeted us at the door if he had a SLT not in white he told us no we asked about an SLE he said no so we left. He didn’t ask us new or used or try to sit us down to talk with us at all or check inventory or anything. Needless to say we will take our business elsewhere.

Not very good credit but Anthony did everything in his power to secure a loan for a 2017 Altima and got me out of my Honda lease.
