Maja and Scott were both wonderful. My new vehicle was set to be deliver to the dealership on March 31st. Scott and Maja wanted to surprise me with my new vehicle arriving early . And what a great surprise it was. It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted . The buying process was very easy and was able to be in my new Telluride within a couple hours. I had leased my 4th Encore through Bill Dodge and the process was seamless. Four days later I hit a deer on my way home from work and totaled the car. Needless to say I was shaken up but not seriously hurt. The airbags did their job well. A week later I am in a new Encore and very pleased with the staff that helped me through a very stressful time. Especially Jason, the salesman and Eric, the financial guy. Everyone was wonderful!! I can’t recommend them enough.
