Went in wanting to test drive a sportage with very little knowledge of the actual vehicle. Worked with Eric who showed me the ins and outs of the entire vehicle. Was treated respectfully and fairly. Bought a new suv! Great team to work with.

Straight-up and thoughtful on-line discussions led to a very efficient and pleasant buying experience. The price was already negotiated before-hand. The car was sitting and ready when I arrived. A quick review and test drive confirmed everything was good. Probably the least stressful car buying experience I have had.

My salesman John came across honest at all times and was one of the best buying experiences I have had. The only reason for 4/5 stars was the extended warranty offerings in the finance office. The lady was great to work with and nice, but at times came across as pushy and assumed the sale. They obviously need to make money too, which I respect, but the sales pitch was unnatural and uncomfortable.
