Emily made our experience at Bill Dodge exceptional. She was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all respectful in terms of making our decision to purchase our Yukon. She helped make our purchase smooth and worked at our pace without any added pressure. The qualities she possessed are the very ones many dealerships overlook. Anyone can push a sale, but how many can bring you back for those return purchases. I highly recommend this place. Eric was a great asset as well.

Amazing group of people. They were so helpful, even with letting me know what good types of cars were at other dealerships but this one was the best I went to in the area. It’s my first time buying a car and they were with me every step of the way helping me to understand the entire process. Ian and Alec were absolutely amazing and it was an amazing first buying experience. Also the Kia Soul is an absolutely AMAZING car!

Really unhappy with the service process in Westbrook. My car was scheduled for service and I dropped it off at the address in the email/the woman told me over the phone. Apparently that wasn’t the right place to drop it off, unbeknownst to me. When I called at 12, assuming my car would be ready, I got transferred 4 times. I was getting upset because I had no idea where my car was and no one had an answer for me. When I finally got a hold of the department that had my car, they told me at noon that my car still wasn’t ready. This was inconvenient for me because I need a ride to go get my car. They also did not have a time for when my car would be available. My car was supposed to be done by noon. If I have a 7am appt there is no reason why my car should take over 5 hours for the service.
