He was great through the whole process of ordering my dream car. I just can’t say how exceptional the GT manual Forte is. Kia is killing it with this model!! My aging parents and I were looking for a car of which my partially disabled Father could easily get in and out of. Amanda was so lovely and treated him with the upmost respect…..she really understood what we were trying to achieve. After a lot of deliberation we decided to buy a new Kia Soul and at no point were we pressured to commit. Amanda repeatedly checked he was ok with access and it was comfortable for him. My Mums a nervous driver and again Amanda understood and helped her on the test drive. All of the other employees at the dealership were very friendly and genuine and we had some great conversations while the paperwork was being taken care of. In fact on our way home we all said how nice the experience had been and that Amanda had been great. I would definitely return to the dealership and purchase more cars in the future. On a personal note thank you Amanda and Bill Dodge auto group for a great afternoon!!!!
