Nadia and Kayla were amazing helping me through the whole process of trading in my Seltos for a Sorento! I had called a few days prior to setup an appointment as I have an 11 month old and things are just easier with a plan! Nadia sent me a tour video, a couple days prior, of the Sorento and helped me pick the color I wanted all remotely! She had the vehicle I picked pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived.
