This is my second time purchasing a new KIA at Bill Dodge. The process was easy and pleasant. I worked with Frank Sandoval and he was very patient and supportive as l started out wanting a Telluride, then an EV6 or Niro and after MANY months of study and soul searching ending up with a Seltos. Amanda was great, and she was able to go to extra lengths to get me the price I wanted for a car that was difficult to get in stock. I was happy with the experience. Some aspects took time, but waiting at a dealership and getting what needed done was typical. Very kind and personable staff in financing as well.
