Out of the blue I was contacted By a man named Coby. We spoke for awhile and I told him I might drop by to have a look at a Palisade and Santa Cruz. I was passing through last Friday and did just that. I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Cassidy. I was quite impressed by her knowledge and beautiful smile. I looked at the 24 Cruz that had been discounted and bought it. The real deciding factor was that my bride really liked it too. Cassidy was a pleasure to work with while she aided me with all the phone connection computer crap and was still smiling. She is an asset to your dealership. Thank you.

Unfortunately i asked about a used 2019 Dodge Ram 2500 that was listed for 32k. Checking KBB, edmunds, truecar, and carfax they had the estimated cost between 20k to 27k. This is considerably less than what the dealer was asking. I dont know where the dealer got their price estimation but when i offered 25k there was no negotiation just “we are to far apart”. A $5,000.00 difference in cost estimation not including high dealer fees is kind of absurd.
