Bill dodge sold a truck to my friend and 3 days later, less than a 100 miles, the transmission blew out. Upon attempting to get the issue resolved, Bill Dodge would not honor the warranty. With trying to get a different truck, Bill Dodge would only refrund half of what was already paid. Seems a little shady to me. DON'T BUY FROM BILL DODGE!!!!

Just to clarify, while we are the Bill Dodge Auto Group, we do not have a Dodge franchise. Our dealership name comes from our owner’s last name. That said, we do typically have a selection of pre-owned Dodge vehicles at our Pre-Owned Super Centers, which may have contributed to any confusion about the layout. We appreciate your input and hope this clears up any confusion.

Worst shopping experience of my life. Pushy salesperson insisted on my drivers license and personal info “ for their system”; I resisted saying I just wanted to view a car and ask a few questions before giving all my info. I asked to talk to someone else and (sales guy) stared me down and seemed like he was trying to intimidate me. He did not let me talk to anyone else so I walked out. Called to share my experience with the sales manager weeks under the theory they can’t fix what they don’t know about. Sales manager “disagreed with” how I felt! They don’t get it-don’t waste your time!!!!

I had a great time working with Cassidy and the rest of the crew at Bill Dodge. They were kind, respectful of my time, and did an excellent job of helping me find the vehicle I actually wanted as opposed to the one I thought I wanted. If you're looking for a Hyundai go see Cassidy today, it'll be worth the trip I promise! As a bonus regardless of whether or not you get a vehicle there's a nice place to get an acai bowl only about 3 minutes away called Bay Bowls. You can get one to celebrate your purchase or just as a sweet treat to reward yourself if you drove all the way there anyway.

Worked with Liam G. In the used car dealership on Saturday, he was very responsive to all my questions, the deal took less then 30 minutes, with absolutely no drama, no back and forth. After the deal was done, the vehicle needed a total detailing, texted Liam on Monday afternoon too check on the vehicle, and it hadn't been started after a couple texts it would be ready around 5pm. I arrived around 5pm and was told it a complete, we check it out, and the seats were still showing stained, he took it back to get it re-cleaned it came back I checked it out again and it was still showing the stain, appears it was just wipe down and the wet makes it look clean after I got it home both the front and rear had dryed, and the stains are still their. I have to get it detailed myself. So initially a great experience, but after the deal it went down hill, so I can't give more then 3 stars, poor service after the sale......

I went for a test drive, and after seeing the vehicle and comparing others in the area available, it was obvious this was the best deal! Went in to look at a truck, ending up getting a different one which I really like so far. Tyree I thought did a great job. His communication with was great, and made sure we could get a deal done. Monday I was told I would get a call from the finance person (whose name I will not say) but did not get a call until Friday or Saturday. Lack of communication. He needs to take a class on communicating so they don’t lose business because they almost did until they made it up to me which I am pleased about. Overall good experience with a hiccup on someone’s end.
