Not very good credit but Anthony did everything in his power to secure a loan for a 2017 Altima and got me out of my Honda lease. My salesman Michael(I hope I got his name right.) was wonderful as well. He was trying to get me into a used suv but worked out better in my favor. I would recommend Bill Dodge Saco stores to anyone looking for a car in a heartbeat.

The work gets done. They don’t have time to talk with you about your car because they are too busy. The customer before me had to raise his voice for them to listen to him and care about what he was saying. They never have the time, but they hurd you in like cattle and make you feel like you are intruding. The wait is always long even for an oil change and tire rotation. The “car wash” is a joke. I think there was more dirt on my truck when they finished spraying it with a hose. I’m not sure why I go there. I guess I hope that they will look into recall issues that my truck has, but they don’t have the time or just don’t want to.

As always I was greeted promptly the people are always pleasant and friendly. I was there for a inspection sticker and requested to have wipers changed. Everything was done and my vehicle was washed. When it was ready Eric came and let me know it was ready . Eric always makes sure I am informed.

When I made my appointment and had questions answered over the phone, the answers were totally different once I got there. I was quoted a price for services. While they had my vehicle they discovered I needed a couple of filters. After calling me and getting my approval for this with the new price which I believe to be my new quoted total price. When I went to pick the vehicle up, that was not the case and my bill was much much higher than I was anticipating. When I explained how I felt about the bill it did not matter at all. Very disappointed in my experience and this is not my first bad experience with the Westbrook location.

For my maintenance appointment I had the other day, I was told it would be about 2 hours. When I dropped off my car I told the woman at the service desk that I was here for my maintenance check up, oil change and also, I was having a problem with "my key" and also my gas mileage as well as the anti-freeze. She said she would look at it and it would be done around 3 but was going to call when it was all set. I happened to be in the area at 3 so I stopped in. My car hadn't even been touched yet . When I went in to speak to the service woman she stated that she had called Yankee ford regarding "my key" because she couldn't figure it out and they hadn't called her back yet. She said she didn't want to have it out up on the lift Incase they called back. I told her that I wish she would have called me updating me on this because I had children to go pick up. The service lady also said she would call me back letting me know what Yankee ford said and she never called me back. Anyway, very unhappy with the service. Doubt I'll be returning my car to you folks. Thanks, Hannah Burton

Bob Williams (service manager) was very accommodating while my truck was serviced. (As he always is). Very prompt on getting me up to date information. Supplied me a nice loaner vehicle while mine was In the garage waiting for a part. Always making sure I’m well taken care of. Monica is also great. She is very friendly and even ran out the door in the pouring rain to give me something I had left behind in the loaner vehicle. Can’t say enough great things about the two of them. They always make the experience a pleasant one.
