Was searching for a Kia Carnival between NH, MA and ME. Emailed a few dealerships and they were charging thousands over MSRP. With inflation and cost of living going up, getting a fair deal where both the dealership sells a vehicle and the customer feels taken care of seems like a thing of the past. Bill Dodge Auto Group has no mark up over MSRP, they still holds the customer value without just looking at their bottom line. Our sales woman Amanda was awesome, she did everything through email with me and I just showed up signed and she gave us a great in depth tutorial of our new vehicle.

Absolutely amazing service! Eric was by far the most different salesman I have ever meet. I don't mean this in a bad way either! Not a single time did he hound me or try to convince me to look at or buy something that I didn't want. He ensured I was able to get what I wanted! I was looking for a 2019 - 2020 Kia sportage, and at the time, they didn't have any in the Saco facility. Eric drove to Westbrook to pick up the 2019 version and notified me when it was at Saco and told me I can swing in anytime that works for me. I ended up coming down the next day and had a straight forward deal that didn't require much negotiating. My car that I was trading in had a KBB value of roughly $3300 and Scott, the manager (I believe) gave me almost $5100! The other Eric who does the financing stuff, found me an amazing deal to finance right through Kia Motors and I walked out of there with my new vehicle! Awesome job everyone :)

The initial interaction with your internet group was detailed and very straightforward. When I traveled to your location the sales rep Ian, knew my name and was not pushing a sale. Ian was asking open ended questions and he pointed me in the direction of my dream car.While I was waiting for the paperwork and the sales manager, Ian was humanizing the experience. He not only listened to me but he made sure to get a vechile and deal tailored to my expectations. I’m never going anywhere besides Bill Dodge for a vehicle in the future! I recently bought my Kia Forte at the Westbrook location, and it was the most pleasant car experience I’ve ever had!! Kayla, Alec, and David were amazing. Kayla was so quick to help me with any questions I had during the whole process. Alec had a whole “presentation” ready, to show me all how to use all the features and what to look/lookout for. And David made the signing process super easy, and was super clerical. Which definitely helped as I was super overwhelmed, because it was my first time buying. Overall I’m super pleased with the service and the vehicle, and will be recommending Bill Dodge to anyone I know who might be looking!
