It took me about 8 months to pick a new vehicle. 8 month of research; reading, driving, and countless youtube hours. Endless time spent sending screenshots, video links, and dragging my husband to dealerships. Once I had made the decision. It was the details; colors and all the extra gadgets. Then the hunt began. A couple missed opportunities that sold, a few people in sales that wanted to push what was on lot or put me in the little girl box - James at Bill Dodge answered questions and went on the hunt for us. He has been super friendly, knowledgeable and had such great communication. Customer Service is not dead- you just have to find it. Shout out to this James from my James and I because my experience was worth the 5 hour drive.

We have been to 3 dealerships in the past but so far this is the best dealership experience we ever had. We are not new in buying cars but I want to say this time we felt we are in control. We never felt we were being pushed around or pressured to get something we don't think we need, this speaks true from the client advisor (Ethan S) to his manager (Kayla) and finance manager (David).
