My experience purchasing a vehicle at Bill Dodge was great. Their staff was quick and knowledgeable, and I was guided through the process comfortably. I was searching for a specific vehicle, but was impressed by their selection. The team even helped me set up the Kia Connect app on my phone before leaving with my new vehicle. Very happy, and highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful Kia to stop in like I did.

It was okay. Felt like as soon as we decided we didn’t want to trade in our old lease for a new car we weren’t treated as nicely and as warm. Bill Dodge as a whole the past few cars has been a let down. The finance guy and the guy in the garage were excellent though!

I initially went to Lee in Westbrook to test drive a dodge hornet. While on my test drive, my vet called to let me know that my cat was out of surgery. I hurried back to Lee to return the keys to salesman Dorian Lucca and let him know I needed to run and get my cat and that I would come back afterwards, to which his response was a very steely, "Do you want the car or not?!" I was honestly almost speechless. I mean, granted, I hadn't changed out of my yoga pants or done my makeup or hair that day. 😆 My appearance made no difference to salesman Ian O'Brien or manager David over at Bill Dodge! They made my new buying experience seamless, quick, and most enjoyable. I would recommend them to anybody who is in the market!

My aging parents and I were looking for a car of which my partially disabled Father could easily get in and out of. Amanda was so lovely and treated him with the upmost respect…..she really understood what we were trying to achieve. After a lot of deliberation we decided to buy a new Kia Soul and at no point were we pressured to commit. Amanda repeatedly checked he was ok with access and it was comfortable for him. My Mums a nervous driver and again Amanda understood and helped her on the test drive. All of the other employees at the dealership were very friendly and genuine and we had some great conversations while the paperwork was being taken care of. In fact on our way home we all said how nice the experience had been and that Amanda had been great. I would definitely return to the dealership and purchase more cars in the future. On a personal note thank you Amanda and Bill Dodge auto group for a great afternoon!!!!

My salesman John came across honest at all times and was one of the best buying experiences I have had. The only reason for 4/5 stars was the extended warranty offerings in the finance office. The lady was great to work with and nice, but at times came across as pushy and assumed the sale. They obviously need to make money too, which I respect, but the sales pitch was unnatural and uncomfortable.

At first when I walked in 2 Men just looked at me than each other and said nothing. Kris walked out of a door and said how can I help you.
