Eric Michelson is my sales person, he was very helpful and took his time to explain the process to me, he was personable, and wasn't trying to rush me into anything I didn't want. I was looking for a specific certified pre owned black cadillac CT5 and after months of searching I found it online at Bill Dodge Cadillac, 400 miles from my house. After working online with my salesman, Liam Gibbons, for a week we agreed upon a very fair price. Liam was open, honest, and responsive to all my questions especially since I was buying it remotely from Pennsylvania. Liam even helped oversee the loading of my car into the trailer I had arranged to pick up the car. When it arrived it was spectacular and exactly as promised by Liam, not one scratch or ding. Overall it was a great experience and I really appreciate the support and very fair pricing.

I initially went to Lee in Westbrook to test drive a dodge hornet. While on my test drive, my vet called to let me know that my cat was out of surgery. I hurried back to Lee to return the keys to salesman Dorian Lucca and let him know I needed to run and get my cat and that I would come back afterwards, to which his response was a very steely, "Do you want the car or not?!" I was honestly almost speechless. I mean, granted, I hadn't changed out of my yoga pants or done my makeup or hair that day. 😆 My appearance made no difference to salesman Ian O'Brien or manager David over at Bill Dodge! They made my new buying experience seamless, quick, and most enjoyable. I would recommend them to anybody who is in the market!
