We had a really great experience working with Jake Neal. We test drove (what later became) our vehicle, Jake was sensitive to our timeline and preferences throughout, and was awesome to negotiate with through the following week. We were pre-approved for financing by our bank, and the dealership was able to respond with a better rate. We placed a deposit from home on Friday and set up an appointment to finalize. We were in and out in 45 minutes on a Saturday morning, which included financing, paperwork, and all other details. Very organized and straightforward process from beginning to end! We recommend Bill Dodge Pre-Owned and Jake very highly.

I purchased a used 2014 vehicle from Bill Dodge. The Good: Fair price and the sales team was very pleasant to work with. They even picked me up from the airport which was very helpful. The Bad: My used car was advertised as able to pass a Maine license registration requirements, which the salesman stated is very strict. On my drive home, the air conditioning didn’t work and after completing a drive cycle the engine light turned on. That is when they started calling the vehicle I had just bought from them “vintage”. They said they were going to look into the issue but it has been three weeks with a couple of times of me reaching out to them WITH NO Response. Buyer Beware Either Bill Dodge knew my car had issues and they didn’t disclose the information or they spent such little time inspecting the car they didn’t know what they were selling. Neither one is what should be expected when buying a car from a dealership!

This place is the best around for buying anything new or used. They do everything they can to help you into a vehicle that not only wont break the bank, but also provide great service after the fact. I was a mechanic for a long time, due to injuries cant do a lot of what I used to be able to, you bring it in theyre on it and have you in a rental without question. Other dealers I've dealt with made this part of the process extremely hard. If you're looking for pre owned. See dakota, he's great, dont know many of the sales team in new gmc showroom but dakota walked us there to finalize the deal on a new truck, if your luck doesn't work at pre owned, believe it or not they may be able to go get you into new. Let these guys show you what theyre made of.

Worked with Liam G. In the used car dealership on Saturday, he was very responsive to all my questions, the deal took less then 30 minutes, with absolutely no drama, no back and forth. After the deal was done, the vehicle needed a total detailing, texted Liam on Monday afternoon too check on the vehicle, and it hadn't been started after a couple texts it would be ready around 5pm. I arrived around 5pm and was told it a complete, we check it out, and the seats were still showing stained, he took it back to get it re-cleaned it came back I checked it out again and it was still showing the stain, appears it was just wipe down and the wet makes it look clean after I got it home both the front and rear had dryed, and the stains are still their. I have to get it detailed myself. So initially a great experience, but after the deal it went down hill, so I can't give more then 3 stars, poor service after the sale......

Sadly this was a poor experience. We went ready to buy. We did end up buying from another dealership that was ready to sell. This dealership listed the car before it was stickered and gave us a higher price than what was listed online. It was explained to us that if we wanted to buy this car it was going to take days to get it through the stickering process. We expressed that there was no circumstances we would consider an unstickered vehicle. The sales person expressed that we may have to pay for repairs if they found it needed much investment to sticker. The attitude seemed to be that this was a seller's market. We thankfully moved forward with a car that was ready to sell from a different dealership and showed it off all weekend. No waiting and a sticker :) Response: No it wasn't listed as wholesale. Your response is further proof that you engage in shady practices.

Bought a traded-in Subaru STi and the car is in beautiful shape! Emailed them with some questions and they responded and got me answers within the hour. Dakota in sales was very helpful and honest, and Mathew in the fiance department broke everything down and made it easy. I test drove, went over numbers, and signed all the paperwork in under 3 hours. The only nit-pick I had was I had wait over a week for the maintenance department to give it a full inspection (which they had to wait on brakes and rotors to be shipped to them). But Dakota was honest and up front on the purchasing date on how they're down a couple mechanics and were a bit backed up. Again, that's me just being stubborn and very eager to get my new car, but very much appreciate the fact they cared enough to replace what needed to be done when they very easily could've taken my money and said thank you bye. I would definitely recommend BDAG to others in the market!! Fair prices, honest and easy going employees, and not to mention they offer all services top-to-bottom to maintain your vehicle inside and out!

They were great! The manager, Eric, found me outside browsing while running around on an understaffed busy day. Even in minor chaos, he took time to go through vehicles that might work within my parameters. Frank the salesperson literally ran from one end of the lot to another to find me the vehicle to look at and then set us up to see it, even while it was being worked on. Frank was not the least bit pushy which I appreciate so much and worked with me through schedule changes and bank delays. Even the woman doing the paperwork was easy to work with. The car I found is clean, runs great, and full of goodies at a comparable price to the same car at other dealerships. This was a quick pop in on a whim, and I'm so glad I did.

Absolutely amazing service! Eric was by far the most different salesman I have ever meet. I don't mean this in a bad way either! Not a single time did he hound me or try to convince me to look at or buy something that I didn't want. He ensured I was able to get what I wanted! I was looking for a 2019 - 2020 Kia sportage, and at the time, they didn't have any in the Saco facility. Eric drove to Westbrook to pick up the 2019 version and notified me when it was at Saco and told me I can swing in anytime that works for me. I ended up coming down the next day and had a straight forward deal that didn't require much negotiating. My car that I was trading in had a KBB value of roughly $3300 and Scott, the manager (I believe) gave me almost $5100! The other Eric who does the financing stuff, found me an amazing deal to finance right through Kia Motors and I walked out of there with my new vehicle! Awesome job everyone :)

If you really want to know, buying a car can be a thrill, when the surprises are in your favor. But there were too many negative surprises. The mileage was great, considering today’s prices the price is good. But the damage to the front below the hood, paint chipped the cracked grill. If it had been properly detailed it would’ve been found. The “detailing “ well I found food under the rear mat and debris Under other places. I had to fight to get the damage taken care of. The young salesman told me one thing when I test drove it and then another when he handed me the keys. At first he said it had driver assistance, the day was to pick it up I asked questions about the driver assistance he said “ oh this car doesn’t have it!!! Well it does. The boy needs to know the product. People I work with of course are asking where I bought it ( I love the Kia brand) they all know the story And then I brought it to Brunswick Hyundai to have the detailing corrected and they didn’t clean the Weather Tech mats I asked before if they should be there or the original mats. They said leave the weather tech on so I expected those to be cleaned as well

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM , bought a car that I can't even get an inspection for , a week after driving off the lot check engine light comes on , bring it back to get it fixed which at first was great till I realized they never fixed anything, picked my car back up assuming it's fixed and 2 days later light is back on . 4x of me taking the car back In to get it "fixed" and it's still not , no one answers me , no one calls me back , even told me " o we don't babysit our employees we trust they can do their job " well I trusted you to buy a car from you or even fix it , WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD WHEN IT COMES TO CARS. Worked with Tori and Ken throughout the process, the only nice thing was Tori. She was very upbeat and friendly, not pushy with anything. Concerning the car after getting it home, you can tell they tried to cover up other issues on vehicle and were not truthful about them. They told me needed brakes but didn't go into depth about what type of repairs. I have left voicemails for 2 different people concerning a $100 fee and still no call back. Car also had 3 open recalls that weren't mentioned to us at all. At this point I feel like like as soon as you have the car in your possession it's all on you, they don't care. Will not be returning to this dealer

I went to bill dodge pre owned super center today. My boyfriend and I got out to look at a car on the lot. It wasn't quite what I was looking for. The sales manager came out and said he was short handed so he was going to be helping us. I had a loan through my bank already and I owed money on my car s I explained this to him and he told me there was nothing they had in my range. He didn't ask about a trade in,he didn't ask about what I was putting down he simply said they had nothing and he couldn't help. I left so discouraged I didn't even want to look anymore. I had went there before and only had 8000 and the salesman still showed me cars and at least tried to help. I went to rowe forda nd they were able to find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel bad about how much I had to spend. I know bill dodge had cars to show me. He just didn't want to.

The pricing was straightforward and aggressive up front, and the financial side of things was handled very professionally by David. While I am happy with the car that I purchased from Bill Dodge’s PreOwned Super Center in Westbrook, I had a bad customer experience. George, the client advisor I was paired with snapped at me several times and cut me off in a way that was disrespectful, gendered and inappropriate (from when I asked for paperwork documenting work that had been done on the car that I was considering to when I expressed my frustration at the confusing communication I was receiving.) After that, I was relieved to interact with Sales Manager Tori who was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, this misogynist behavior seems to be part of the greater office culture; When I was in the waiting room to sign final paperwork, I heard another salesman say across the showroom, “Your girl’s here” (I’m a professional in my mid 30s) - shortly after a white male presenting client of the same age walks in and “Your customer is here” is called across the showroom. Language matters. Creating a space where customers feel safe and respected matters. I cannot in good faith recommend the Bill Dodge PreOwned Super Center especially if you identify as a woman, BIPOC, LGBTQIA, etc.

I love my new car...the experience at Bill Dodge was very nice...they listened to what I wanted.. And other than my first choice of color got me into the car I wanted with few miles...I would work with them again in the future for sure...
