They were great! The manager, Eric, found me outside browsing while running around on an understaffed busy day. Even in minor chaos, he took time to go through vehicles that might work within my parameters. Frank the salesperson literally ran from one end of the lot to another to find me the vehicle to look at and then set us up to see it, even while it was being worked on. Frank was not the least bit pushy which I appreciate so much and worked with me through schedule changes and bank delays. Even the woman doing the paperwork was easy to work with. Absolutely amazing service! Eric was by far the most different salesman I have ever meet. I don't mean this in a bad way either! Not a single time did he hound me or try to convince me to look at or buy something that I didn't want. He ensured I was able to get what I wanted! I was looking for a 2019 - 2020 Kia sportage, and at the time, they didn't have any in the Saco facility. Eric drove to Westbrook to pick up the 2019 version and notified me when it was at Saco and told me I can swing in anytime that works for me. I ended up coming down the next day and had a straight forward deal that didn't require much negotiating. My car that I was trading in had a KBB value of roughly $3300 and Scott, the manager (I believe) gave me almost $5100! The other Eric who does the financing stuff, found me an amazing deal to finance right through Kia Motors and I walked out of there with my new vehicle! Awesome job everyone :)

I was partial to Westbrook because I was treated so well. Although I was not disappointed with Saco. I will never go to any dealer other the Bill Dodge going forward. I actually came from out of state to make my purchase because I wasn’t happy with the prices and tactics used in my home state. I found the car online and made an inquiry at Bill Dodge. Danny from the call center was prompt in responding and very friendly. I made an appointment and the dealership held the car for me without even taking a deposit. Upon arrival, I met with Eric the client advisor. He took us out on an extensive test drive and answered all questions and concerns. Genuinely, a nice guy. In the end, I opted to purchase the car.
