Unfortunately, the car we had picked was delayed at the manufacturer. Eric, however, was able to secure an excellent alternative for us that provided us some additional benefits. Once the purchase / lease was finalized and we picked up the car, Eric spent almost three hours with us reviewing all the operational details of the car, ensuring that we were comfortable with each stage. Eric also followed up in a few days to see if we had any concerns or questions and has made himself available at our convenience to review any aspects of the car that we might need assistance with. Do not have your vehicle serviced here. They left me without functioning brakes, and I nearly had a car accident. I took my car to another mechanic, and he indicated that the brake work had been left incomplete by the technicians at Bill Dodge.
