We really enjoyed meeting Eric & Erica. Eric took great deal of time explaining options on vehicle. Erica was amazing & made us feel so comfortable. We both felt she was trustworthy & feel your company is lucky to have her. I’ve dealt with a lot of loan officers and she is the best by far. Between the two of them we walked away feeling really happy with our purchase.

Buying my new SUV at Bill Dodge Auto Group has been the easiest, most pleasant, and quickest car buying experience I have ever had. From start to finish, it was evident that Bill Dodge isn’t your average car dealership. Our salesperson, Kristal, is exceptional at her job and the financial manager we met with, Dylan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone we came into contact with went above and beyond with their customer service, which is such a lost art today. I had been dragging my feet at getting a new car because I didn’t want to have to go through the whole process and feel pressured to buy. Kristal provided such great information, was very available for all my annoying questions and never once did I feel pressure to buy. She took the time to get to know us and sent us great options as they came. We were able to buy a great SUV with an even better price! We will 100% be buying our next car here.
