What a great experience with Bill Dodge Kia! The whole team is just amazing! Top shelf! My experience started with service manager Alec who was so kind & helpful with my used Kia. He made me think if I was going to buy a new car I want it from the great crew at Bill Dodge My salesman Rob was the very best! He was so kind, patient & helpful. I tried out 4 cars that were all pre-owned after I narrowed it down from 6! When I decided we went inside to see Kayla who told me about some deals & rebates so I could get a brand new seltos for only 2,000 more than the pre-owned so off I went for another test drive & fell in love with my new seltos! I went to Chris in finance after approval who explained every line of my paperwork & Bill Dodge rewards program & warranty! I picked up my car the next day & Rob went out into the car with me after pairing my phone with the car & spent at least an hour explaining every feature of the car which is way smarter than I am in terms I could understand. No rushing, no long sighs just kindness & helpful information! I recommend Bill Dodge so highly! You can tell this is a big family & the people that work there are treated well & are happy. That's so refreshing to see all those smiles & know they are sincere! A special plus is knowing that Bill Dodge is a charitable community partner. Nadia and Kayla were amazing helping me through the whole process of trading in my Seltos for a Sorento! I had called a few days prior to setup an appointment as I have an 11 month old and things are just easier with a plan! Nadia sent me a tour video, a couple days prior, of the Sorento and helped me pick the color I wanted all remotely! She had the vehicle I picked pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived. It was all smooth sailing and we went home happy!

We have been to 3 dealerships in the past but so far this is the best dealership experience we ever had. We are not new in buying cars but I want to say this time we felt we are in control. I had a great experience purchasing my new Kia EV6 Wind at Bill Dodge Kia. My sale rep, Lucas Petrin, along with his sales manager, Kayla Bubar, spent a lot of time answering all my questions and providing me with the details I needed to make an informed decision. They were very attentive and pleasnt to work with. From there, David Hellin, the finance manager went over all of the different warranty options and I chose the best plan for my lifestlye. He was extremely easy to talk to, and he even took the time to show me some cool features of the EV6 since he drives one himself! Overall, it was a perfect car buying experience at Bill Dodge Kia! I would definately recommend them. Be sure to ask for Lucas Petrin!!! He'll definately take great care of you!

Called ahead to confirm a vehicle was available to test drive, they placed us on hold, confirmed availability and location and invited us down to test drive, we headed straight over. Upon arrival, a male sales rep, last name O'Brian tried to steal the sale from Kayla, who we were scheduled with. He told us the car was sold a week ago but they don't control their own website and the listing is gonna be there for a while longer. They acted like this is something we should know, and offered no suggestion of a solution, while making up lies about how they can't update their own site, which we all know is to drag people to the business in person under false pretenses. I guess us wanting to buy a car with cash is nothing of interest to them. Will never do business with Bill Dodge Scammer group. Not answering Mark's calls so he can cover for the employees. He can publicly explain why they lie to get people on the lot. It's either part of training, or there is new sales positions available.

I’m never going anywhere besides Bill Dodge for a vehicle in the future! I recently bought my Kia Forte at the Westbrook location, and it was the most pleasant car experience I’ve ever had!! Kayla, Alec, and David were amazing. Kayla was so quick to help me with any questions I had during the whole process. Alec had a whole “presentation” ready, to show me all how to use all the features and what to look/lookout for. And David made the signing process super easy, and was super clerical. Which definitely helped as I was super overwhelmed, because it was my first time buying. Overall I’m super pleased with the service and the vehicle, and will be recommending Bill Dodge to anyone I know who might be looking!
