I first noticed Bill Dodge Kia in Westbrook for the prices were significantly lower than Bangor. So we drove down. We met Anthony, what an amazing salesman! He shot for exactly what I wanted, from trade value to new vehicle. He did not try to sell me whatever would make him the highest commission! He actually Listened to my wants and my needs. From the moment I arrived he was wonderful. I just picked up and finalized the deal for my new Sportage with everything I was looking for. Chris in finance was great too. I opted to choose an extended warranty for we never know what can happen. Nadia was also great. It was an absolute pleasure working with Anthony, I would not have driven the 2 hour drive back down if he had not have made sure my needs and wants were inpirtant to him as well! I had called a few days prior to setup an appointment as I have an 11 month old and things are just easier with a plan! Nadia sent me a tour video, a couple days prior, of the Sorento and helped me pick the color I wanted all remotely! She had the vehicle I picked pulled up and ready for a test drive when I arrived. I brought my husband’s 2025 Santa Cruz in to sell to the dealership at the end of October after he died. At that time The title needed to be transferred to me which took over two months since it was titled in Florida. The dealership kindly worked with their finance branch to do this and I brought the truck back in at the beginning of January. At this point they said they could only offer $2,000 less for the truck than what I was quoted regardless that the truck had only been garaged in between. Needless to say, I felt very disappointed that my original offer went down by so much while I waited for Hyundai to get back to me at a very difficult time. Dealing with Bill Dodge has been very trying in the end.

Great experience! I was welcomed by Preston as soon as I came in. I told him my price range and what I wanted. Everything was taken care or even gave me more then what I was expecting on my trade in! Veteran rebate was also easy to be applied. The whole experience was smooth and they even got me a lower rate and one year less financing then what I was already approved for!! I wasted my day trying to purchase a truck. The finance guy and I talked about my situation. My salesman was great but everything else was not. I was mislead on my vehicle trade . When I had a conversation with the finance guy for the 2nd time, he tried to play it off like he had never talked to me before. I was very unimpressed with him. I will find another GM truck elsewhere in the future.

Absolutely amazing service! Eric was by far the most different salesman I have ever meet. I don't mean this in a bad way either! Not a single time did he hound me or try to convince me to look at or buy something that I didn't want. He ensured I was able to get what I wanted! I was looking for a 2019 - 2020 Kia sportage, and at the time, they didn't have any in the Saco facility. Eric drove to Westbrook to pick up the 2019 version and notified me when it was at Saco and told me I can swing in anytime that works for me. I ended up coming down the next day and had a straight forward deal that didn't require much negotiating. My car that I was trading in had a KBB value of roughly $3300 and Scott, the manager (I believe) gave me almost $5100! The other Eric who does the financing stuff, found me an amazing deal to finance right through Kia Motors and I walked out of there with my new vehicle! Awesome job everyone :)

First, the Customer Service we received, we rate “10.” James Waring offered us a water as soon as we sat down. He was very knowledgeable and really worked some magic numbers to not only trade in one leased car (Ionic Hyundai), but we ended up turning in our Hyundai Tucson too. My client advisor was Liam Gibbons. Liam was an amazing representative and helped guide me through my first car purchase. As a college student my budget was very low and very tight.
