I am so glad we got the extended service agreement, since I have all my work done at Bill Dodge in Saco, ME! This is the second time it has cost me nothing for oil change, tire rotation, complete inspection of systems , and a wash! They are fast, knowledgeable, reliable and I love it here!

Was in a tight scramble to find a car after totaling my last car. And I’m blessed and glad to have went here for my car. Alec Barry was very helpful and transparent with me in the car searching process and went above and beyond in terms of not only getting me the car that I wanted. But also physically getting me the car. Had I went to another dealership. I wouldn’t have gotten as good of a deal, as smooth of a transaction, and as great of a car!

I had a great experience. Ethan was good about finding out anything he wasn't sure of about the car I got. He followed up well. I wish my used car didn't cost so much but I guess that's the world of used cars these days--I don't believe it was overpriced for this time of high used car sales, just more a seller than a buyer's market. Purchasing my car was mostly a good experience. The sales people are friendly and positive. At the end of the day, I had to wait a long time to finalize the purchase. And I was sold a $500 charging cord I did not need--the sales associate told me the cord I had would not work with the Kia, which wasn't true. Also, I was not informed about the 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty, still good on my 2022 with 10,000 miles, and instead sold another extended warranty.

Call promptly returned by sales manager telling me that they were not going to sell the car I was interested in. Let me know that the vehicle had too many repair/maintenance issues and it wasn't sales worthy. Very honest! Most dealers wash a car and throw it on the front line for sale without actually checking it prior. I would definitely do business with this honest dealer in the future!
