When I made my appointment and had questions answered over the phone, the answers were totally different once I got there. I was quoted a price for services. While they had my vehicle they discovered I needed a couple of filters. After calling me and getting my approval for this with the new price which I believe to be my new quoted total price. When I went to pick the vehicle up, that was not the case and my bill was much much higher than I was anticipating. When I explained how I felt about the bill it did not matter at all. Very disappointed in my experience and this is not my first bad experience with the Westbrook location.

Buying my new SUV at Bill Dodge Auto Group has been the easiest, most pleasant, and quickest car buying experience I have ever had. From start to finish, it was evident that Bill Dodge isn’t your average car dealership. Our salesperson, Kristal, is exceptional at her job and the financial manager we met with, Dylan, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone we came into contact with went above and beyond with their customer service, which is such a lost art today. I had been dragging my feet at getting a new car because I didn’t want to have to go through the whole process and feel pressured to buy. Kristal provided such great information, was very available for all my annoying questions and never once did I feel pressure to buy. She took the time to get to know us and sent us great options as they came. We were able to buy a great SUV with an even better price! We will 100% be buying our next car here.

I found a car I loved at Bill Dodge in Saco. Both our salesman and the manager were very patient and willing to work with us. After negotiating and signing papers for this vehicle, the next morning, we got a call that there was a miscommunication in their shop and that this vehicle that I signed papers for and put a down payment on, was actually sold prior to me coming in. While frustrating, the salesman was apologetic and persistent about finding another vehicle that could work. I ended up with a vehicle I was even more in love with for a price of the same range as the previous.

Currently sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours l now. My warranty covers a free rental for 48 hours. Turns out they never reserved a vehicle so now enterprise is scrambling to find me something. 2 calls from enterprise and still nothing. Last time at the Saco location they pre reserved a vehicle so I literally was in a rental within 10 mins of dropping the vehicle off. The concensus from the other in the waiting room is they've been waiting way too long without any updates. Last time I was here I waited 2 hours for a failed state inspection. Come to find out they also caused body damage to my vehicle which I had to arrange to have repaired thru thier Collision dept. Oh and I also have an issue with the brakes that were installed 3k ago. I was told oh that can happen with those aftermarket brake pads and it should go away. That was over 3000 miles ago.
