I had an excellent experience at Bill Dodge Kia! The staff was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand what I needed considering this was my first car I bought on my own! The buying process was smooth and I felt valued as a customer throughout. The dealership had a great selection of vehicles, and the pricing was fair. I have had more negative than positive experiences purchasing cars with local dealers over the last 25 years, so I decided to expand my search to Brunswick. After spending several hours test driving Subarus at a nearby dealer, I finally ended up at Bill Dodge Hyundai in Brunswick. I wanted to test drive a hybrid Santa Fe that I had seen listed at the Hyundai dealership. To my dismay, it was no longer available. My sales assistant, Bennrtt, was very helpful. Great car, I might have paid a liiiittle bit more than I'd like to have but that's just the way it goes in this market. Plus wasn't expecting to find the car I initially was looking for at such low mileage especially. Definitely not disappointed and again LOVE the car.

I am thoroughly disgusted in the lack of due diligence this dealership provides prior to their customers attempting to purchase a vehicle. This is not only the first, but the SECOND time I had all intention of purchasing a vehicle from them, only to find out once I got there that it sold. I had spoken to someone ALL week, literally every day via email or text, regarding this specific vehicle. Made an appointment to meet with someone, even spoke to the person I had been speaking to all week, the morning OF my 4:00 appointment and not once did anyone think it would be smart to check and make sure the vehicle didn’t sell. I do not live close and had to bring my child along with me, only to show up, wait for my appointment and then be told “oh sorry, it sold yesterday.” Again, this is not the first time which is why I’m writing this review. I just received a shoulder shrug and a “sorry about that” as I was leaving. Never will I ever do business with this dealership ever again. They clearly don’t care about the time their customers take out of their day for this process, but they’re also not professional enough to do their jobs correctly.

They even had to track down a vehicle from another dealership to make it happen and get us exactly what we wanted no questions asked. Amazing group of people. They were so helpful, even with letting me know what good types of cars were at other dealerships but this one was the best I went to in the area. It’s my first time buying a car and they were with me every step of the way helping me to understand the entire process. Ian and Alec were absolutely amazing and it was an amazing first buying experience. Also the Kia Soul is an absolutely AMAZING car!

This dealership seems to be excellent at finding cars for customers while inventory is slow to arrive. They are very responsive with no pressure. I recommend them, and their representative Frank Sandoval, to anyone who wants a seamless and supportive customer based experience.
