My husband and I saw a vehicle that we were interested in on the Bill Dodge website. We went into look at and test drive the vehicle the next day after work. When we came into the showroom we were greeted by Andy Walton. He was also working with another customer but he made sure to check in with us until he was able to work with us. His customer service was excellent. The car we were interested in was sold, but he worked with us to find a comparable vehicle. He listened to us about pricing and was so helpful with helping us to navigate the vehicle during the test drive. He explained the features and when we came in to pick up our car, he even helped me with setting up the app on my phone! The entire staff that we dealt with during the process were helpful and supportive. This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Bill Dodge and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new, or new to you, vehicle. Great customer service from the sales department. I have not needed their service department so I cannot speak to that, but if the people in their service department are as good as their sales department then it will also be a great experience. I highly recommend Bill Dodge Kia, and Andy if you are looking for a new car.

Trevis is straightforward and personable. This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from him at this dealership. The usual upsell of extended warranties and undercoating after the “deal “, but the sales manager had come down around 15% from their initial offer. And they searched for and delivered the car and color I wanted within 3 days. The 2026 Tucson is a great ride, significantly better than my 2022 Santa Fe.

They were great, salesman was great too! My only big issue was that I noticed a gouge under the driver side door after spending $35,000 on a truck. It was maybe 6 to 8 inches long and they wouldn't fix it. This was pointed out before even driving off the lot. I was only concerned because its right down to the medal. After spending that much money, and being an easy fix for them, you would think they'd be more than willing. This is also my second vehicle through them. Other than that, I was happy.
