Even in minor chaos, he took time to go through vehicles that might work within my parameters. Frank the salesperson literally ran from one end of the lot to another to find me the vehicle to look at and then set us up to see it, even while it was being worked on. Frank was not the least bit pushy which I appreciate so much and worked with me through schedule changes and bank delays. Even the woman doing the paperwork was easy to work with.
