Was searching for a Kia Carnival between NH, MA and ME. Emailed a few dealerships and they were charging thousands over MSRP. With inflation and cost of living going up, getting a fair deal where both the dealership sells a vehicle and the customer feels taken care of seems like a thing of the past. Bill Dodge Auto Group has no mark up over MSRP, they still holds the customer value without just looking at their bottom line. My aging parents and I were looking for a car of which my partially disabled Father could easily get in and out of. Amanda was so lovely and treated him with the upmost respect…..she really understood what we were trying to achieve. After a lot of deliberation we decided to buy a new Kia Soul and at no point were we pressured to commit. Amanda repeatedly checked he was ok with access and it was comfortable for him. My Mums a nervous driver and again Amanda understood and helped her on the test drive. All of the other employees at the dealership were very friendly and genuine and we had some great conversations while the paperwork was being taken care of. In fact on our way home we all said how nice the experience had been and that Amanda had been great. I would definitely return to the dealership and purchase more cars in the future. He never pushed us or sold us. The deal spoke for itself and Aidan knew everything about the car inside and out. The financing was made very easy by Dave.
