Absolutely amazing service! Eric was by far the most different salesman I have ever meet. I don't mean this in a bad way either! Not a single time did he hound me or try to convince me to look at or buy something that I didn't want. He ensured I was able to get what I wanted! I was looking for a 2019 - 2020 Kia sportage, and at the time, they didn't have any in the Saco facility. Eric drove to Westbrook to pick up the 2019 version and notified me when it was at Saco and told me I can swing in anytime that works for me. I ended up coming down the next day and had a straight forward deal that didn't require much negotiating. My car that I was trading in had a KBB value of roughly $3300 and Scott, the manager (I believe) gave me almost $5100! The other Eric who does the financing stuff, found me an amazing deal to finance right through Kia Motors and I walked out of there with my new vehicle! Awesome job everyone :)

So if you are in MA, NH or Maine you must visit Bill Dodge Auto Group. We Purchased an Infiniti from this dealership. Would never have gotten this perfect car (a Q50) without the help and expertise of Aidan. He was very personable and authentic. He never pushed us or sold us. The deal spoke for itself and Aidan knew everything about the car inside and out. The financing was made very easy by Dave. Then Aidan sat in the car for at least 20 minutes to give us the tour of the technology and he even set up our Bluetooth! Scott made himself easily available when we had questions and Amanda was friendly as she gave us some interesting background on the car.
