I had leased my 4th Encore through Bill Dodge and the process was seamless. Four days later I hit a deer on my way home from work and totaled the car. Needless to say I was shaken up but not seriously hurt. The airbags did their job well. A week later I am in a new Encore and very pleased with the staff that helped me through a very stressful time. Especially Jason, the salesman and Eric, the financial guy. Everyone was wonderful!! I can’t recommend them enough.
