We have been to 3 dealerships in the past but so far this is the best dealership experience we ever had. We are not new in buying cars but I want to say this time we felt we are in control. We never felt we were being pushed around or pressured to get something we don't think we need, this speaks true from the client advisor (Ethan S) to his manager (Kayla) and finance manager (David). I had a great experience. Ethan was good about finding out anything he wasn't sure of about the car I got. He followed up well. I wish my used car didn't cost so much but I guess that's the world of used cars these days--I don't believe it was overpriced for this time of high used car sales, just more a seller than a buyer's market. But I feel good about the car and secure in this dealer taking care of me the best they could. Thanks.
