We have been to 3 dealerships in the past but so far this is the best dealership experience we ever had. We are not new in buying cars but I want to say this time we felt we are in control. We never felt we were being pushed around or pressured to get something we don't think we need, this speaks true from the client advisor (Ethan S) to his manager (Kayla) and finance manager (David). My sale rep, Lucas Petrin, along with his sales manager, Kayla Bubar, spent a lot of time answering all my questions and providing me with the details I needed to make an informed decision. They were very attentive and pleasnt to work with. From there, David Hellin, the finance manager went over all of the different warranty options and I chose the best plan for my lifestlye. I’m never going anywhere besides Bill Dodge for a vehicle in the future! I recently bought my Kia Forte at the Westbrook location, and it was the most pleasant car experience I’ve ever had!! Kayla, Alec, and David were amazing. Kayla was so quick to help me with any questions I had during the whole process. Alec had a whole “presentation” ready, to show me all how to use all the features and what to look/lookout for. And David made the signing process super easy, and was super clerical. Which definitely helped as I was super overwhelmed, because it was my first time buying. Overall I’m super pleased with the service and the vehicle, and will be recommending Bill Dodge to anyone I know who might be looking!

I initially went to Lee in Westbrook to test drive a dodge hornet. While on my test drive, my vet called to let me know that my cat was out of surgery. I hurried back to Lee to return the keys to salesman Dorian Lucca and let him know I needed to run and get my cat and that I would come back afterwards, to which his response was a very steely, "Do you want the car or not?!" I was honestly almost speechless. I mean, granted, I hadn't changed out of my yoga pants or done my makeup or hair that day. 😆 My appearance made no difference to salesman Ian O'Brien or manager David over at Bill Dodge! They made my new buying experience seamless, quick, and most enjoyable. I would recommend them to anybody who is in the market!
